Hidden Spots Outside Copenhagen

  • Sommercanteen, Taarbæk Havn – also my favorite place for an ocean dip.

  • Stengården – for local, organic fruit and vegetables, plus the best farm shop. They have cows and chickens – perfect for children!

  • Aarstiderne – for organic produce and a cozy little café. Last winter, I loved bringing my laptop here to work over a hot chocolate.

  • Dyreparken – not so hidden, but one of my favorite escapes when I crave fresh air outside the city.
